The line
How a unit is built for you.
Every Sentinel leaves the line serialised, key-registered, cut-tested under load and sealed.

Severance core build
Contactors, shear modules and the air-gapped controller are assembled in a controlled cell, each core serialised and tied to its build record.

Key registration
Certified key blanks are cut and registered to named holders at your organisation. Unregistered keys never leave the line.

Factory acceptance test
Every unit is cut under load: breaker trip, PDU severance, fibre shear, quorum loss and fail-open on power loss, with a signed test record.

Sealed dispatch
Tamper-evident seals, custody paperwork and the ledger root are shipped with the unit. Broken seals void commissioning until re-tested.
Partner obligations
- Hold current SEARIN certification for the track you order under, renewed annually.
- Commission every unit against the published acceptance tests and file the signed record within 14 days.
- Register each key holder by name before handover; no anonymous custody.
- Report every field cut, drill and fault through the control room ledger.
- Hold a spares float of at least 5% of installed units in your region.

Submitted orders land in the SEARIN order pipeline: certification check, order confirmation, site survey where installation is in scope, then a build slot and dispatch.
