Questions people ask before signing

Why did company pricing go up?

Because the scope did. Substrate metering, cross-cloud replica hunting, monthly shadow cuts and the signed evidence pack used to be add-ons. From 2026 they are inside every company plan, and every company site gets N+1 interlocks rather than a single point of failure.

Where did the Institution plan go?

Schools, hospitals, universities and other institutions are now deployed on the company tiers. They carry the same duty of care as a regulated multi-site company, so Sentinel Enterprise includes the life-safety exclusion survey, delegated staff authority and regulator-ready evidence they need — without a separate product to reconcile.

How do I pay?

You don't pay online. Every SEARIN system is custom built, so you preorder with no payment and complete an intake. An engineer evaluates your environment, then emails a preliminary invoice priced to your site — you pay only once you accept it. Prices shown are indicative starting points.

What is not included in the monthly price?

Hardware freight, regional certification, taxes and any interlocks beyond the plan allowance. Commissioning is quoted after the survey; the figures here are the floor, not the ceiling.

Can we cancel?

Home is month to month. Company plans run on a twelve-month term because commissioning and certification are front-loaded. Keys stay with you at all times, on every plan — including after cancellation.
